• Oversee crew activities and participate in daily tasks and operations
• Direct all activities at project locations related to process piping, equipment & installation, HVAC, Thermal Fluid, and additional trades
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and work collaboratively with team members
• Interpret and adhere to drawings, specifications, and instructions to effectively layout and execute project tasks
• Operate machinery to facilitate the movement and installation of equipment
• Ensure all safety protocols and requirements are met and maintained
• Attend customer meetings and address project-related concerns
• Ensure job sites are cleaned and organized following task completion

• Trade school and/or 3+ years' experience in multiple trade disciplines, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Experience with Procore – Project Management Software (preferred)
• OSHA 30, preferred
• Ability to travel 100% of the time
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Availability to work nights, holidays, and weekends as needed
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record
