Job Summary

ARMI Contractors is seeking a skilled Prime Foreman to oversee process piping, equipment installation, and HVAC projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing daily tasks, ensuring project scope is met, and collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of skilled tradespeople in process piping, equipment installation, and HVAC projects.
• Interpret and adhere to project specifications, drawings, and instructions to ensure accurate execution.
• Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts, to facilitate equipment movement and installation.
• Ensure all safety protocols are met and maintained on job sites.
• Represent the team at customer meetings and address project-related concerns.

Requirements

• Trade school and/or 3+ years' experience in multiple trade disciplines, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Experience with Procore - Project Management Software (preferred).
• OSHA 30, preferred.
• Ability to travel 100% of the time.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work nights, holidays, and weekends as needed.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
