About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support to our accounting team and inventory coordinator, fostering an environment of trust and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic financial guidance and support to the management team
  • Lead the accounting team and inventory coordinator to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Manage the monthly and annual closing processes, including balance sheet account reconciliations
  • Prepare and analyze financial performance reports, providing variance explanations
  • Evaluate current and future operations to identify opportunities for revenue improvement and expense reduction
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
  • 4 years or more of experience as a controller in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and staff development abilities
  • Preferred experience with ICSI Infor (Syteline) / Factory Track
