Job Title: Therapist PRN

Grafton Integrated Health Network is seeking a skilled Therapist PRN to join our team. As a Therapist PRN, you will provide therapeutic and counseling services to our clients, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Job Summary:

The Therapist PRN will be responsible for assessing client cognitive, behavioral, social, and emotional needs, developing therapeutic goals and objectives, and implementing therapy plans and sessions. This role requires a strong understanding of counseling theories and techniques, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess client needs and develop individualized therapy plans
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions
  • Conduct behavioral and progress-related data collection and analysis
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in counseling, social work, or psychology
  • 2 years of clinical experience providing counseling services and therapy
  • Licensure as a clinical social worker, professional counselor, or clinical psychologist
