Job Title: Therapist PRN

We are seeking a skilled Therapist PRN to join our team at Grafton Integrated Health Network. As a Therapist PRN, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing therapeutic services and support to help them achieve their goals.

Job Summary:

The Therapist PRN will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing individual and group therapy sessions. You will work closely with our team of professionals to ensure that clients receive comprehensive and effective care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess client needs and develop treatment plans
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions
  • Work with clients to set and achieve goals
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in counseling, social work, or psychology
  • 2 years of clinical experience providing counseling services and therapy
  • Licensure as a clinical social worker, professional counselor, or clinical psychologist
  • Valid driver's license
