Clinical Quality Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Quality Consultant to join our team at Clinical Management Consultants. As a key member of our quality improvement team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and improve inpatient and outpatient medical record documentation to ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with physician and nursing teams to educate and promote best practices in quality care.
  • Develop and implement quality performance improvement initiatives to mitigate financial and public reporting ramifications.
  • Oversee patient safety and quality management programs to ensure seamless integration across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in clinical quality improvement and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
