About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team at Recruiterboom. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to meet our hiring needs.
  • Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
  • Screen and interview candidates to ensure the best fit for our organization.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
  • Prepare and post job advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Conduct skills assessments and reference checks to ensure candidate qualifications.
  • Onboard new employees to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize our hiring process.
Requirements and Skills
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with HR databases and recruitment software.
