Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Professional to join our team at Gianni Versace S.r.l. as a Sales Associate, Full Time. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Be a Brand Ambassador by providing an exceptional client experience, embracing and promoting our Retail Excellence Program with our clients and staff alike.
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales goal targets (daily, monthly, yearly) and targets for client data capture.
  • Client Relationships: Create and foster genuine client relationships that will result in hitting and exceeding core KPIs: (sales, UPT, ATV).
  • After Sales Service: Maintain client relationships through after sales service, including thank you notes, follow-up phone calls, and follow-through of product repair or maintenance.
  • Team Support: Support the team in generating new client relationships while maintaining those that are existing.
  • Operational Tasks: Open and close consignments, process returns and exchanges, and handle customer repairs and advising clients about best fit of pieces.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of two years' experience in a retail environment, preferably in a luxury setting.
  • Skills: Full understanding of specialty retail, including how to effectively clientele, computer skills including operation of retail point of sale system, Word, Excel, and email.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to thrive within a high-paced environment, multitasking with ease while maintaining a balance of daily responsibilities, positive, outgoing, high energy personality that is entrepreneurial and sales focused.
