Sales Associate, Full Time

Gianni Versace S.r.l. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our team at the GV - VERSACE San Diego Fashion Valley location. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting and exceeding sales goals, and maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Be a Brand Ambassador by providing an exceptional client experience, embracing and promoting our Retail Excellence Program with our clients and staff alike.
- Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales goal targets (daily, monthly, yearly) and targets for client data capture.
- Client Relationships: Create and foster genuine client relationships that will result in hitting and exceeding core KPIs: (sales, UPT, ATV).
- After Sales Service: Maintain client relationships through after sales service, including thank you notes, follow-up phone calls, and follow-through of product repair or maintenance.
- Team Support: Support the team in generating new client relationships while maintaining those that are existing.
- Inventory Management: Open and close consignments and process returns and exchanges.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively and build strong partnerships with clients, peers, and management.
- Business Development: Develop business-driving initiatives, contests, and events.
- Customer Repair: Handle customer repairs and advise clients about best-fit pieces.
- Experience: Minimum of two years' experience in a retail environment, with luxury experience preferred.
- Knowledge: Full understanding of specialty retail, including how to effectively clientele.
- Skills: Computer skills, including operation of retail point-of-sale systems, Word, Excel, and email.
- Personality: Positive, outgoing, high-energy personality that is entrepreneurial and sales-focused.
