We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Insurance Account Representative to join our team at the Mark Kotary - State Farm Agent office in New Hartford, NY. As an integral part of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting State Farm products to our clients.

Job Description:

This is a salaried position with a competitive base salary of approximately $55,000 per year, plus commissions and bonuses based on performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Providing prompt and accurate customer service
  • Developing leads and scheduling appointments

Requirements:
