Senior Coordinator, Quality Compliance

The Coordinator, Chargeback Compliance will be responsible for researching shortage deductions and determining their validity.
Prepare reports for monthly Chargeback meetings with Senior Management.
On high-dollar shortage chargebacks, run reports and pull PODs (Proofs of Delivery) for all shortage chargeback items.
You will utilize Open Text through SAP to retrieve this information and save each POD in the shared drive to ensure consistency.
On high-dollar shortage chargebacks with a POD not available in our system, work with our Operations Compliance team to retrieve the PODs from the warehouses or our direct ship team if it is a POE shipment.
This role requires 3+ years of experience preferably in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Accounts Payable, or Supply Chain Operations.
A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Excel is required.
SAP experience is preferred.
