Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Retail Customer Service Associate to join our team at FedEx Office. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing expert advice on our products and services, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Offer expert advice on our products and services, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping.
  • Manage production flow, ensuring that all production orders are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
  • Take customer orders, provide pricing information, and perform consultative selling to customers.
  • Coordinate pick-up and delivery of customer orders, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • May provide leadership to team members on an assigned shift, ensuring that they are trained and equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in the training of store team members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Collate, sort, and organize customer orders, ensuring that they are accurate and complete.
  • Operate the Point of Sale terminal (POS), handle financial transactions, and make change.
  • Complete required financial paperwork and assist with financial reporting, including daily sales, close-outs, and bank deposits.
  • Follow instructions of supervisors and assist other team members in performing store functions.
  • Follow FedEx Office standard operating procedures, as well as legal, HR, safety, and security policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • 2+ years of specialized experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a leadership role, providing guidance and direction to team members.
  • Knowledge of FedEx Office products and services, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure.
