The Therapeutic Mentor will provide structured, one-to-one support to youth, addressing daily living, social, and communication needs. The role involves coaching, training, and supporting youth in age-appropriate behaviors, interpersonal communication, functional skill-building, problem-solving, and conflict resolution. The Therapeutic Mentor will work a Monday through Friday schedule with flexible hours between 11:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. to meet the needs of participating families. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for youth and families

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a human services field from an accredited university
* One year of experience working with children, adolescents, or transition age youth
* Good driving record, access to a reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance
* Spanish and Portuguese speaking applicants are encouraged to apply
