Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Manage and administer all aspects of the total compensation program, including salary structure, benefits, and employee recognition programs.
- Oversee the development and implementation of compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and training to leaders and employees on compensation and benefits-related topics.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain reports and metrics to measure the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits administration.
- PHR and/or CEBS certification preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
