We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our Nutrition Team in a dynamic healthcare setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing medical nutrition therapy to patients, including nutrition assessment, diet modification, nutrition education, and intervention.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for patients with various health conditions
- Conduct thorough nutrition assessments and provide evidence-based recommendations
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Train and mentor patient services staff and interns as needed
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction programs
- Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing/Credentialing Board, in states where required
- One (1) year of hospital experience, preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
