Event Production Specialist in Des Moines

WHAT (Contract Services Required)
MANAGEMENT - Receive and manage all event-related equipment, including camera gear and promotional materials.
IMPLEMENTATION - Set up BallerTV's streaming system (filming equipment) at each venue. Move efficiently and safely, maintaining a sense of urgency throughout your workday.
OVERSIGHT - Ensure a steady and reliable stream for each game. Operate and troubleshoot equipment, while maintaining communication with the BallerTV team during the event.
ENJOYMENT - Experience live sports while you work—how exciting is that?
ADAPTABILITY - This role is a part-time, weekend contractor position. Some events may start as early as 6 AM and run as late as 10 PM. You may be required to travel up to 40 miles one way.
COMPENSATION - $16 per hour.
Please note:
Daily shifts can exceed 12 hours. A weekend tournament (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) may involve over 30 hours of work. This role requires physical stamina, including being on your feet and lifting heavy items.

Required Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must complete a pre-event background check.
Must be familiar with iOS devices and products.
Must maintain a personable and professional demeanor at all times.
Must possess strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
Must have a positive and proactive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in live event production, sports, or customer-facing roles is advantageous.
Knowledge and interest in grassroots sports such as soccer, lacrosse, basketball, volleyball, football, and/or wrestling is a plus.
Possession of a current and valid driver's license for the transportation of event equipment.
