Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the unique needs of each child
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor child development progress and adjust instruction accordingly
- Lead and mentor colleagues to uphold program standards and promote best practices
- Complete administrative tasks, such as performance appraisals and lesson plan approvals, in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Child Development Associate (CDA) or equivalent credential
- Experience in infant and toddler care and education
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in early childhood settings
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and families
- Knowledge of research-based curriculum and developmental assessments
