Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the unique needs of each child

  • Conduct regular assessments to monitor child development progress and adjust instruction accordingly
  • Lead and mentor colleagues to uphold program standards and promote best practices
  • Complete administrative tasks, such as performance appraisals and lesson plan approvals, in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Child Development Associate (CDA) or equivalent credential
  • Experience in infant and toddler care and education
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities in early childhood settings
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Knowledge of research-based curriculum and developmental assessments
