Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct orientation meetings to ensure new employees understand company policies and procedures.

  • Audit onboarding, including classroom and on-the-job training, to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and temp agencies to attract top talent.
  • Oversee recruiting efforts, including interviewing, moving candidates through the hiring process, conducting stay and exit interviews, and coordinating job fairs.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of experience in classroom and on-the-job training, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Intermediate office skills, including proficiency in ADP and SAP systems.
  • Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
