ROLE OF A WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE
In this essential position, you will prepare vehicles by loading and unloading necessary HVAC/R products. Proficiency in operating a forklift, hand truck, manual pallet jack, and other equipment is crucial for safely moving products within the warehouse. Whether assisting customers with will-call pickups, receiving UPS or miscellaneous orders, or stepping in as a delivery driver, you will find fulfillment in your work. Maintaining a clean warehouse and adhering to safety regulations is also a key responsibility.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a DOT medical examination
- Basic computer skills
- Physical capability to lift, carry, move, and set down items weighing up to 75 lbs
Previous experience as a delivery driver or forklift operator is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for contributing positively to our company’s growth.
WORK SCHEDULE
As a Warehouse Operations Associate, you will work during day shifts, Monday through Friday, with the potential for overtime during peak seasons.
