Pharmacy Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Albertsons Companies. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for the financial performance of the pharmacy and will act as the pharmacist in charge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver patient care services and uphold operational standards, including performance metrics, safety, and compliance.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of pharmacists and technicians.
  • Partner with management to develop and implement initiatives to increase profitability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
  • Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all held licenses in good standing.
  • Certified immunizer preferred.
  • 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of schedules, including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
