Job Summary:
Retail operations are a vital part of any successful business, and as an accounting associate at 99 Ranch Market, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our retail operations. This position involves reconciling store sales reports, verifying postings, and communicating any related issues with stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile daily SRS reports, verify postings, and communicate any discrepancies to relevant teams.
  • Match customer payments to invoices by identifying, researching, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Arrange documents and respond to credit card dispute cases.
  • Reconcile credit card payments and clear accounts.
  • Assist supervisors in sending reminders for past-due accounts, collections, and contacts customers to request payment.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and internal department requests regarding accounts receivable processes.
  • Prepare and review period-end closing activities monthly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
An ideal candidate should have:
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in accounting, preferably in retail, manufacturing, or logistics.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $69,600 - $86,400 per annum, based on a 40-hour workweek and considering the location in Aliso Viejo, CA. Additional benefits include medical, vision, dental, and life insurance, 401(k) retirement savings plan with up to 4% company match, long-term service award, employee discount, and paid time off.
