Automotive Sales Associate

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tire Sales Associate to join our team. As a Tire Sales Associate, you will be responsible for selling tires and related services to customers, while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Customer Service: Sell tires and related services to customers, while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Tire Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on tire products and services, including road hazard, valves, balance, and disposal.
- Problem-Solving: Notify customers of problems discovered in vehicle inspections and sell solutions.
- Follow-Up: Follow up on all work done for customers, not just tires sold.
- Product Knowledge: Be knowledgeable about products in stock and shop capabilities.
- Policies and Procedures: Know and follow all prescribed policies and paperwork procedures (invoicing, credit, etc.).
- Continuous Learning: Learn products sold by both employer and competitors.
- Experience: Sales and/or management experience with a proven track record, and a minimum of 1 year experience in the tire and automotive service industry.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Age: At least 18 years of age.
- License: Valid driver's license required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to perform all job functions that require lifting and/or carrying single items weighing at least 50 lbs., as well as functions and activities such as pulling, pushing, bending, standing, lifting, reaching, and stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
