Job Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is in search of a meticulous and experienced Real Estate Financial Analyst to become a vital part of our client's team. This full-time position is designed for those who thrive in a collaborative and evolving environment. The ideal candidate will take charge of the financial management of various properties, ensuring precise and prompt financial documentation while adhering to all relevant regulations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage comprehensive accounting tasks for a diverse portfolio of properties, encompassing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
  • Generate and evaluate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Oversee cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting for designated properties.
  • Perform reconciliations of bank statements, tenant accounts, and other financial documents.
  • Conduct routine audits to verify compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Support the preparation of tax submissions and other regulatory documents.
  • Collaborate with property managers and stakeholders to guarantee accurate financial reporting and operational effectiveness.
  • Maintain organized and comprehensive financial records for all properties.
  • Assist in the formulation of annual budgets and variance analyses.
  • Provide assistance for various financial projects or analyses as required.
Compensation: $55,000.00 to $75,000.00 annually
