Residential Real Estate Attorney Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Residential Real Estate Attorney to join our Palm Beach Gardens, FL office. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in residential real estate transactions, including purchase and/or sales, leasing and refinances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in residential real estate transactions
  • Draft, review and negotiate contracts, leases, deeds and other legal documents related to residential real estate transactions
  • Conduct due diligence, title examinations and property inspections
  • Handle closings and ensure compliance with all legal requirements and regulations
  • Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and regulations and advise clients accordingly
Requirements:
  • Strong academic credentials with a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school
  • Active license to practice law in the state of Florida
  • Minimum of six (6) years' experience practicing real estate law, focusing on residential transactions
  • A proven track record of successfully handling complex residential real estate matters
  • Strong understanding of real estate laws, standards of title and industry practices
