We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Scribe to join our team at True Vine Concepts LLC. The successful candidate will assist healthcare providers in documenting patient records, ensuring accurate and timely information.

About the Role

This is a full-time or part-time position, depending on the needs of the organization. As a Medical Scribe, you will be responsible for collecting and recording patient data during office visits, procedures, and other medical events. Your duties will include:

  • Assisting healthcare providers with documentation of patient encounters, including chief complaints, histories, assessments, and treatment plans.
  • Collecting and organizing relevant patient information, such as lab results, radiology reports, and medication lists.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to established guidelines and protocols.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A strong foundation in medical terminology and understanding of healthcare documentation principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with healthcare providers and patients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in typing, with the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity.
Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • At least two years of experience as a medical scribe or in a related field.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $18.00 - $23.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes:
