Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse PRN II to join our team at Baptist Memorial Health Care. As a key member of our Labor and Delivery department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

* Assess patients and develop individualized plans of care to meet their unique needs
* Implement and evaluate care plans, ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction and outcomes
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
* Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and wellness
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve healthcare delivery and patient outcomes
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence

Requirements

* Current RN licensure in the state of Mississippi
* BLS certification within 14 days of hire
* Computer literacy and proficiency in electronic medical records
