Nurse Practitioner II

Responsibilities:
Assess patients to identify their health needs and develop individualized care plans.
Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Administer medications as prescribed and provide health education to patients and their families.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Mississippi.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Computer literacy and proficiency in electronic medical records.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
