As the SIGINT Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in guiding both new and existing SIGINT programs as they adapt to modern practices like Agile development, Cloud migration, Automation techniques (AI/ML), and streamlined DevOps deployments to enhance user operations. Working alongside a dynamic systems engineering team, you will communicate the successes and challenges of SIGINT systems to the Government Program Management Office, offering recommendations for enhancements and future developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert knowledge and agile methodologies to the team
  • Coordinate SIGINT mission planning and scheduling systems
  • Translate requirements into Epics/Features based on evolving customer needs
  • Understand system interfaces and act as an Integrator
  • Evaluate system designs proposed by developers
  • Monitor system schedules and dependencies
  • Identify risks and opportunities
  • Support readiness events and system demonstrations
  • Develop architecture products

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or related field with 9+ years of experience
  • Active Top Secret/SCI with Poly clearance
  • 2 years' experience in space/ground aerospace systems
  • Familiarity with SIGINT ground customer operations
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working within a customer domain
  • Openness to learning new technologies
  • Ability to work effectively across different lines of authority
