Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled SIGINT Systems Engineer to join our team at Titania Solutions Group. As a key member of our systems engineering team, you will play a critical role in guiding new and existing SIGINT programs as they evolve to commercial trends like Agile development, Cloud migration, Automation techniques (AI/ML), and streamlined DevOps deployments.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing subject matter expertise and agile best practices to our team.
  • Coordinating CONOPS of SIGINT mission planning and scheduling systems.
  • Writing and translating requirements into Epics/Features based on emerging customer needs.
  • Understanding system-to-system interfaces and acting as an Integrator.
  • Evaluating system designs and trade-space proposed and implemented by our developers.
  • Assessing performance using evaluation criteria and technical performance measures.
  • Monitoring system and segment schedules, recognizing dependencies.
  • Identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Facilitating readiness, release planning events, and demonstrations in support of system and acquisition-level sprints and increments.
  • Reviewing Request for Changes (RFCs) and identifying impacts.
  • Supporting Agile and DevOps automated test and verification (V&V).
  • Integrating new systems and initiatives in support of expanded SIGINT mission planning and scheduling capabilities.
  • Participating in studies looking at the future generation of SIGINT capabilities.
  • Developing architecture products.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or related technical field and nine (9) years or more experience; Master's degree and seven (7) years or more experience; PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI with Poly.
  • Two years' experience with space/ground aerospace systems engineering/architecting.
  • Familiarity with overall SIGINT ground customer, technical familiarity with mission control and/or processing of one or more SIGINT systems.
  • Proven communication skills, especially with senior government officials.
  • Integration and closure experience within overall customer domain.
  • Willingness to learn new areas.
  • Commitment to recognize, understand, respect, and operate effectively within various SETA, FFRDC, and Government lines of authority.
