Company: Managed Staffing

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Weekends required with two weekdays off)

Compensation: $17.00 per hour

Role Summary:
We are looking for a dependable Custodian to ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of various facilities, including office spaces, laboratories, classrooms, and outdoor environments. The role involves essential tasks such as disposing of waste, cleaning windows, vacuuming and mopping floors, dusting surfaces, relocating furniture and equipment, and performing additional maintenance duties to keep the premises in excellent condition. Flexibility for on-call hours may be necessary. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the capability to work autonomously or collaboratively.

Primary Duties:

  • Dispose of waste and clean windows effectively.
  • Vacuum and mop floors, eliminate dust, and rearrange furniture as needed.
  • Ensure cleanliness across various facilities, including educational and laboratory spaces.
  • Conduct maintenance tasks both indoors and outdoors.
  • Be prepared for on-call responsibilities as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in custodial services is advantageous.
  • Capability to lift and transport heavy items when necessary.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
