Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Maintenance Specialist to join our team at CGL Facility Management, LLC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all electronic systems and computerized controls within our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electronic systems, including locking systems, fire alarm systems, and intercom/public address systems.
  • Ensure that all preventive maintenance schedules are executed on a timely basis per manufacturers' specifications or client requirements.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of a computerized maintenance management database (CMMS), preventive maintenance schedules, warranty status, and inventory for spare parts, materials, and supplies.
  • Maintain a professional relationship with client staff, answer questions, provide solutions, and make recommendations.
  • Exhibit the ability to perform work and display the effective use of electronic test equipment.
  • Make competent inspections of the building security and electronic systems.
  • Perform preventive maintenance to smoke detectors and related control systems.
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
  • Responsible for preventive and corrective electronics maintenance work orders.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • 4-6 years dealing with security electronics experience in commercial environments Required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Complete all documentation required in compliance with a computerized maintenance management system.
  • Must be a team player, have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to succeed.
  • Must provide outstanding customer service to meet the needs of our client.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is a plus.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
  • Certifications may be required.
