Job Summary

As a Caliber Auto Glass Technician, you will be responsible for repairing or replacing damaged automotive glass. This role requires attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently in a mobile environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair or replace damaged automotive glass to meet quality standards
  • Perform pre and post inspections with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Utilize various tools and scanning equipment to complete repairs
  • Document repair orders on a mobile device and communicate with customers
  • Check in parts and prioritize tasks to meet daily goals
  • Remove and install trim panels and interior parts without damaging them
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment
  • Perform final inspections and obtain customer signatures on paperwork
  • Complete administrative duties and payment collection
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive glass industry
  • Knowledge of glass installation and replacement practices
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to use computers and mobile devices efficiently
  • Self-motivated and positive attitude
Working Conditions:
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass MVR check
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Ability to lift 60 pounds independently
  • Travel may be required for continuing education and certification training
  • Requires standing for extended periods and frequent driving
