The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of clinical home care experience, with a minimum of one year in a clinical management role. A Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred, but not required. Current CPR certification is also essential. We value excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong interpersonal skills.

The salary for this position ranges from $69,800 to $96,200 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan, which offers additional compensation based on individual performance.
