Salary RangeWe offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience. In addition to a salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all customers receive their parts and accessories in a timely manner. Your responsibilities will include:
  1. Providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in acquiring the parts they require
  2. Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries
  3. Pulling and filling orders from stock, and receiving and processing incoming inventory
  4. Shipment and mailing inventory as needed
  5. Processing invoices and payments
  6. Following up on backorders
  7. Participating in End-of-the-Year Parts Inventory activities

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer proficiency and math skills are also required.
