Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to clients in a residential setting, advocating for their medical needs and promoting optimal health.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurse practitioners, to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Document all nursing interventions and changes in client care, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Assist in training staff on personal care, positioning, and feeding techniques, as well as the use of supportive devices.
  • Accompany clients to medical appointments and day programs, providing support and advocacy as needed.
  • Participate in additional assignments and projects as directed by management.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid MA Nursing License.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Physical ability to perform the requirements of the position.
  • Good communication and computer skills.
Benefits
