Sales Representative

BradyPLUS is a leading provider of solution selling, customer education, and product expertise in key commercial market segments, including hospitality, education, restaurants, healthcare, and more. We are a growing organization with a winning team, and we are seeking a talented Sales Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing BradyPLUS's growing segment, working closely with our CRM system to follow up on leads, identify key markets, and use our sales process to grow the division.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify new leads to identify potential business opportunities
- Develop key relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Identify and resolve customer concerns to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and plans
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that BradyPLUS's products and services meet the evolving needs of our customers
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required, college degree in sales/marketing or business preferred
- 2-5 years of related sales or related experience, or the equivalent combination of formal education and experience
- A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and at least one year of driving experience
- Must be able to handle a high volume of driving
- Reliable transportation
