Role Summary:

We are in search of a skilled Manufacturing Process Specialist to enhance our growing operations. The successful candidate will evaluate production methodologies, devise efficient workflows, and implement strategies for operational enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and execute process enhancements to boost efficiency
  • Design and refine manufacturing workflows
  • Apply logic controllers and Quantum engineering techniques for automation
  • Work collaboratively with teams to address production challenges
  • Offer technical support and expertise
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify issues
  • Enhance processes to improve quality and productivity
  • Integrate robotics and automation technologies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proficient in CAD software and CAM programming
- Understanding of robotics and automation frameworks
- Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer applications
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
- Strong organizational skills

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline
- Solid mechanical expertise
- Experience in aluminum production processes is advantageous

Physical Demands:

The role requires the ability to sit at a workstation, walk, stand, and communicate effectively.

Management Responsibilities:

This position does not include supervisory duties.
