About the Role

Corgan is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interior Design Project Manager to join our Education team. As a key member of our design studio, you will be responsible for leading and managing interior design projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
  • Design Leadership: Provide creative direction and guidance to design team members, ensuring high-quality design solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, encouraging open communication and idea-sharing among team members.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all design projects meet Corgan's quality standards, adhering to industry codes and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree from a CIDA-accredited Interior Design program or equivalent.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in commercial design, with a strong background in project management and team leadership.
  • Skills: Strong design portfolio, Revit proficiency, technical excellence, and acumen for constructability and budgeting.
  • Qualities: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a flexible attitude and a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
