Your Role:

As a Bilingual Sales Associate, you will engage with walk-in customers, offering solutions and building rapport through your expertise and positive demeanor. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the complete customer experience, from product selection to accurate order processing and safe loading of products.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance sales and cultivate customer loyalty.
  • Adapting your communication style to suit various audiences, whether in person, via phone, or through email.
  • Preparing and staging orders for will call and shipping.
  • Managing customer backorders and organizing stock received.
  • Assisting with merchandising and maintaining showroom inventory.
  • Conducting inventory counts as needed.
  • Navigating various computer systems for customer service and warehouse tasks.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized branch environment that meets company standards.
  • Adhering to safety protocols and wearing personal protective equipment as required.

Your Qualifications:

  • Flexibility to work within branch operational hours.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently and manage heavier loads with assistance.
  • Willingness to learn and operate powered industrial equipment.
