Position Description

We are seeking an Environmental Climate Solutions Consultant to primarily support climate-related engagements within our Philanthropic Services Practice Area. The successful candidate will lead day-to-day management of complex consulting projects for environmentally focused foundations, family offices, NGOs, impact investors, and bilateral and multilateral agencies.

The ideal candidate will possess intellectual rigor, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong research, analysis, and writing capacity, ability to synthesize findings from various information sources, independence, project management skills, attention to detail, and passion for climate solutions and environmental issues.

Responsibilities
  • Lead complex consulting engagements for clients in the philanthropic sector
  • Develop and implement project plans, manage timelines, and coordinate tasks
  • Conduct research, analysis, and writing to deliver high-quality reports and recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements
  • Master's degree in environmental science, sustainability, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental consulting or a related field
  • Excellent research, analysis, and writing skills
  • Strong project management and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation and Benefits

$120,000 - $160,000 per year, plus bonus potential
