Maintenance Technician III Job Description

Land O'Lakes is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician III to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of facility and production equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and diagnose malfunctions in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and controls.
  • Perform regular maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Work with a variety of systems and controls, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Age: 18 years or older
  • Safety: Ensuring the complete physical safety of oneself and one's co-workers at all times without exception
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions, and possess basic mathematical skills
Physical Requirements:
  • Able to lift 50lbs
  • Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing, and other active movements
