Job Title:

Customer Service Liaison

At Guest Services, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our front desk staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, handling all aspects of their stay, from check-in to check-out.

We offer a competitive salary of $18.00 per hour, based on experience. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests, ensuring they feel at home during their stay.
  • Check guests in and out efficiently, handling all necessary paperwork and payments.
  • Manage phone activity, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
