Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team at Dental Care Alliance. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and satisfaction in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepares treatment rooms for patients by following established protocols and procedures.
• Prepares patients for dental treatment by welcoming, comforting, and positioning them for optimal care.
• Provides information to patients and staff by answering questions and requests in a clear and concise manner.
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
• Assists dentists with various clinical duties, including preparing instruments, mixing materials, and exposing radiographic studies.
• Maintains patient records and documents dental care services by charting in patient records.
• Collaborates with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience working as a Dental Assistant or completion of a formal Dental Assistant program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and satisfaction.
