Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive experience in our store.
  • Leadership: Act as a leader on the sales floor, providing guidance and support to our sales team.
  • Operations: Ensure that all store operations are running smoothly, including receiving, merchandising, and sales floor maintenance.
  • Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of sales associates, providing coaching and feedback to ensure that they are meeting their goals.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have the right products on the sales floor to meet customer demand.
  • Loss Prevention: Identify and prevent loss, ensuring that our store is secure and that our customers are protected.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with our sales team, management, and other stakeholders to ensure that we are working together to achieve our goals.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year of retail experience, with at least 6 months of leadership experience.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, leadership skills, and inventory management skills.
  • Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
