Job Summary

SSM Health is seeking a skilled Imaging Assistant to join our team at St. Joseph Hospital - St. Charles. As an Imaging Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our imaging department, ensuring the smooth operation of our diagnostic imaging services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport, prepare, and position patients for accurate image production
  • Perform patient pre-screening, IV start, point-of-care, scheduling, and education related to the examination
  • Enter and monitor patient data, transfer images, and ensure high-quality image submission to PACS
  • Maintain a clean and orderly department, including procedure rooms, storage areas, and dressing rooms
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • No experience required
  • Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) certification
