Position Title: Chemist

JBAndrews is currently seeking a skilled Chemist to join a prominent Personal Care Contract Manufacturer.

Location: Pennsylvania, USA

Position Type: Onsite

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Personal Care Contract Manufacturing, with a focus on formulation for body care, haircare, and skincare products.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Engage in collaborative efforts with a team of chemists to drive product innovation.
  • Execute tasks with precision, adhering to established protocols for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Manage daily laboratory operations, ensuring a safe and organized environment.
  • Formulate and enhance products across body care, skincare, and haircare categories.
  • Simultaneously oversee multiple projects, effectively prioritizing to meet project timelines.
  • Exhibit creativity and initiative in developing proactive solutions to challenges.
  • Assess and select appropriate raw materials and technologies for product formulation.
  • Contribute to the ideation and development of new product concepts.
  • Strictly comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations.
