Providence is seeking a skilled RN - Clinical Decision Unit to join our team at Providence Portland Medical Center. As a Clinical Decision Unit RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
About the Role:- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Clinical Decision Unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, and develop plans to address these needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year - Nursing experience.
