Providence St. Vincent Medical Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Clinical Decision Unit team. As a RN in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and making informed decisions to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Make informed decisions based on patient data and clinical expertise
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- 1 year Nursing experience
