  • Assist with the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring that they are individualized and meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and training to provide high-quality care.
  • Conduct regular rounds to assess the quality of care and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that residents receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Document and communicate resident care information, ensuring that it is accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements:

  • Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a supervisor in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records and computer documentation systems.
  • Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care facilities.
