As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll be responsible for:

  • Participating in the coordination of hospice services and reporting identified needs to the interdisciplinary group
  • Providing appropriate pain and symptom management, evaluating patient response to treatments and medications
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the Registered Nurse
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited practical nurse or vocational nursing program
  • Current licensure as an LPN/LVN in the State of Arizona
  • Good verbal and written communication, and organization skills
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
